By using this website or engaging RoadLink Fleet Services LLC ("RoadLink") for formation, compliance, or fleet support services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
RoadLink provides business formation filing assistance, fleet compliance management, and fleet support services on a fee basis as described on our Plans pages. Government filing fees, taxes, and third-party costs are separate from and in addition to RoadLink's service fees unless stated otherwise.
RoadLink is a service provider, not a law firm, accounting firm, or insurance agency. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or insurance advice. You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable federal, state, and local law.
Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. One-time formation packages are billed at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable once a filing has been submitted to a government agency, except as required by law.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information for any filing or application. RoadLink is not liable for delays or denials resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadLink's liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid RoadLink in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a monthly service at any time. RoadLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
